The Aspen gives you 16 feet of width and 1,140 square feet. That means bigger rooms throughout. There’s a primary suite with a private bath, two guest bedrooms and a second bath. You also get a flex room for an office or playroom, a foyer, and a utility room. Extra space without the extra price.
