Whether it’s a single-wide, double-wide, or triple-wide, each model comes backed by a standard manufacturer’s warranty designed to protect your investment and your peace of mind.

Our goal is simple: to make sure your home is built right and that any issues are handled quickly and professionally.

• standard (1 year)
• cosmetic (30 days)
• extended (for purchase, 7 years)

What’s Covered

1-Year Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every new Atchafalaya Home includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship that could affect the structure, safety, or core systems of your home. This includes:

• Structural components
• Plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• Appliances and equipment installed by the manufacturer
• Coverage begins on the date of retail delivery or first occupancy and extends for one full year. To qualify, any issues must be reported in writing within the warranty period (or within 15 days after it ends).

Cosmetic Coverage
We go a step further than the standard warranty. If you find cosmetic damages within the first 30 days after move-in — like small scuffs, nicks, or trim flaws caused during manufacturing — our team will take care of them. We want you to love your home inside and out, not just structurally but visually too.

Extended Warranty Options
For extra peace of mind, extended warranties can be purchased when you buy your home. We offer up to 7 years of additional coverage through select partners, plus an in-house service team ready to handle warranty requests or maintenance needs directly.
