Atchafalaya Homes was founded in June 1998 by brothers Mike and Doug Stephens, who grew up surrounded by the manufactured housing industry.
With a shared vision and just five used homes, they opened the doors to Atchafalaya Homes. Within only a few years, the company became one of Louisiana’s top-rated and most trusted manufactured home dealerships.

Ashley really is the BEST. She is the reason we bought our home through Atchafalaya Homes. She was honest and explained everything to us! Other places lied and tried to hit us with hidden fees and contracts. She never pushed us into anything. She knew our budget and would call or text when she got new homes in for us to view. We knew right then we would not be purchasing a hom anywhere else! We just ordered last Thursday! She made this process seem too easy when I thought it would be much harder! Because of her help and patience. (Patience of an angel really) we will always send people her way! We love Ashley and appreciate her so much! She's truly an asset!
